Apprentice Cloud IT Engineers
Location: Birmingham

We are a fast growing and successful IT Services organisation with a strong, growing presence across the UK. We currently have an opportunity for an Apprentice Cloud IT Engineer to join our team in Longbridge, Birmingham.

The role:

  • To interact with the current team of engineers
  • Basic support for clients systems
  • Deploy software onto servers and local desktops
  • Assist the office as per necessary
  • Call clients and assist with basic IT issues
  • Attend college to gain necessary qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Ability to learn, must have a can do attitude
  • Have confidence in dealing with customers at all levels and provide a credible and professional approach
  • Solid understanding and basic IT technologies such as Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac experience would be an advantage
  • Competency for solving problems
  • Excellent communication skills including phone and face to face contact
  • A high degree of customer focus
  • Self-control and calm nature in high pressured situations

 

2nd Line Remote support Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary £20k – £25k

We are a fast growing and successful IT Services organisation with a strong, growing presence across the UK. We currently have an opportunity for a 2nd Line Remote Support Engineer to join our team in Birmingham.

The role:

  • Deliver 2nd level support to remote client set
  • Build standard remote agents to support remote monitoring and reporting
  • Deploy agents to new customers, update agents on current customer base and delete agents as necessary
  • Log all undertaken works in the support ticket system with required info, customer contact, regular updates and closure details.
  • Ensure all documentation for incidents and projects are completed either on or ahead of schedule
  • All incidents assigned are delivered to the SLA priority or escalated accordingly

The successful candidate will have:

  • A track record in delivering high volume desktop and infrastructure support services
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
  • Ability to configure switches, routers and firewalls
  • Have confidence in dealing with customers at all levels and provide a credible and professional approach.
  • Solid understanding and experience of troubleshooting and administering technologies such as Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 2008, 2012, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office, VPN, Firewalls, VMware, Security and Microsoft Systems Centre Technologies
  • Proven competency for solving complex customer problems, priority setting and delivering results quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high degree of customer focus
  • Self-control and calm nature in high pressured situations

 

Part Time administrator
Location: Birmingham
Salary £depends on experience

We are a fast growing and successful IT Services organisation with a strong, growing presence across the UK. We currently have an opportunity for a Part Time administrator to join our team in Birmingham.

The role:

  • Assist the office manager with basic admin duties
  • Liaising with clients by telephone, email and by letter
  • Renewal of various services of suppliers
  • Log all undertaken works in the support ticket system with required info, customer contact, regular updates and closure details.
  • Ensure all documentation for incidents and projects are completed either on or ahead of schedule
  • All incidents assigned are delivered to the SLA priority or escalated accordingly including team workflow

The successful candidate will have:

  • To be proficient able to use applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Communicate with suppliers
  • Have confidence in dealing with customers at all levels and provide a credible and professional approach.

Cloud Solutions Business Development Manager
Location: Midlands
£60k – £100k OTE with a good basic, plus generous, luxury car allowance

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing technology company. The role of Business Development Manager calls for someone with a bright, dedicated and can-do personality, with experience selling Microsoft hosted products. You must have had a relationship network with Microsoft Account managers. We deliver solutions and services across Citrix, Microsoft Cloud Services, and Office 365.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for the achievement of new revenue targets while maintaining overall partner satisfaction, within the UK market. This is a tough role and not for the faint hearted. The rewards are there for the right person.

Cloud Solutions Business Development Manager duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Identify sales opportunities in new partners
  • Development and execution of strategies to achieve the corporate plan for focused solution areas and key plays
  • To prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
  • Have a complete technical understanding with ability to articulate and demonstrate Microsoft Cloud services with Office 365 solution and value proposition
  • Research and maintain company’s products with services knowledge
  • Understanding and articulating to the partners the constant evolving technology and its application to a customer’s business problem

Cloud Solutions Business Development Manager ideal knowledge, skills and experience:

  • History of closing deals and exceeding sales goals by selling Microsoft solutions and products
  • Proven track record, showing year on year growth
  • Experience building relationships and managing a portfolio of clients
  • Ambition and confidence with a desire to grow within the company
  • Hosted and Cloud software experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
