We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak for the last few weeks and have been working behind the scenes to put contingency and continuity plans in place to ensure no loss of product, platform or support occurs during this pandemic.
- We have taken numerous proactive measures to ensure clients get prompt and consistent support.
- All our staff are now working remotely to limit their risk to exposure either from each other, an office may bring or a public place. We did this last week, early on, in the crisis.
- Our support remains unchanged. We continue to closely monitor phone, email and ticket volumes to ensure the highest level of support. Please bear in mind requests for support and assistance are very high and unprecedented because of the circumstances. Please try and follow any written procedures we may issue and try to help your colleagues where you can. We may have to prioritise certain tasks.
